We offer a range of services, from those little jobs that no one ever seems to get around to such as leaking taps, putting up shelves, light fittings and switches through to the more arduous tasks of stripping down paintwork, laying new oak or laminate flooring or tiling a bathroom. We can even design and build a one-off piece of furniture to complement your home.

Selling? Home Report Ready

Since 1 December 2008, most properties being sold require that a Home Report be available to prospective buyers.This contains a Single Survey, with Energy Report, and a Property Questionnaire. 4b2 can prepare your home for this. Alternatively, if you have already received your Home Report 4b2 can assist you in meeting with any recommendations set out by it.

Landlord Services

If you are a landlord in need of property maintenance, we can bring your property up to new fire regulations, and multiple occupancy regulations, as well any additional services required.
